The Governors Ball Music Festival

The Governors Ball (Gov Ball) is a 3-day music festival that takes place annually on Randall’s Island in New York City. Working with Gov Ball since its inception in 2011, the services provided over the years have ranged from website design and development (including a customized WordPress backend for internal content management), email marketing design & development, brand identity work, and a wide variety of graphic & print design for use across various mediums, both digitally and physically.

BottleRock Napa Valley

BottleRock Napa Valley takes place at the end of May each year in Napa Valley and features the BEST in live music, wine, food and brew. This project consisted of developing a brand new site for the festival, built on top of a fully customized Wordpress platform that now gives the BottleRock team greater flexibility and a variety of options allowing them to manage all areas of the site content internally. Sirtin Studios worked directly with the internal design team on this who assisted with much of the design of the site.

Electric Zoo: Transformed

Electric Zoo: Transformed (EZT) is New York City’s premiere electronic music festival taking place on Labor Day weekend. This project consisted of both general web design and UX design based off of branding design and assets provided by EZT. Sirtin Studios also handled all of the development work for the new site upon approval of the new design. This site is built on top of a fully customized WordPress backend to allow all areas of the site to be easily managed internally by EZT.

Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival

Okeechobee is a multi-genre music and arts camping festival taking place for the first time on March 4-6, 2016 in Okeechobee, FL. This project consisted of both general web design and UX design based off of branding design and assets provided by Okeechobee. Sirtin Studios also handled all of the development work for the new site upon approval of the new design. This site is built on top of a fully customized WordPress backend to allow all areas of the site to be easily managed internally by Okeechobee.

Festival International de Louisiane

Festival International de Louisiane started in 1986 and strives to be the premiere international festival known for bringing a variety of unique and emerging performers to Southwest Louisiana. This project consisted of a brand new website designed and developed from the ground up and is fully responsive for both desktop and mobile. The site includes a customized WordPress backend to allow all of the site’s content to be managed internally including the bilingual content—all of which is handled manually in the backend. Client work also consists of ongoing site maintenance, front-end design work for 3rd party platforms (i.e. Eventbrite), and HTML email template design.

Gupta Media

Gupta Media is a marketing agency specializing in Digital Marketing, SEM, and music marketing. This project consisted of the development of their new website which was launched in May of 2014. Gupta Media designed the site internally and hired Sirtin Studios to build the site for both desktop and mobile including a customized WordPress installation to power the backend for ease of content management internally.

Escape Music Festival

The inaugural Escape Music Festival (EMF) is a two day music festival that will take place in Brooklyn, New York in the Fall of 2014. Sirtin Studios was hired to both design and develop their new website using the brand identity provided by EMF to inform the overall look and feel of the site. This look and feel was also translated to the design and development of their email newsletters. The website development also included a customized WordPress backend enabling all of the site’s content to be managed internally by the festival.


APPNATION and The Chief Digital Officer Global Forum (CDX) are a suite of executive level, tech focused conferences produced by M2 Events that take place throughout the year in the US and abroad. Work for these entities include web design and development across all conference sites (including a customized WordPress Multisite backend for internal content management in one place across all sites), email newsletter design, printed event guide design, on-site signage design, brand identity design for CDX and a brand identity refresh for APPNATION.


VentureBeat is a technology news site and event producer. Projects for VentureBeat have been wide ranging over the years with recent work including the static development of their 2014 news and event site redesigns, custom email template development for their various RSS email campaigns and event newsletters as well as a wide variety of graphic design work from internal ads to sponsored pages.

Mobile Leaders Alliance

The Mobile Leaders Alliance (MLA) website is a resource for media, marketing and technology professionals to continue their educations in mobile and receive career assistance that goes beyond just a job board. This project consisted of re-launching their site with an all new design, customized WordPress backend for content management & creation, and various types of new functionality for the site including automated RSS feed aggregation and publishing, member-only accessible content, interactive calendar, and more.

Bunnell Idea Group

Bunnell Idea Group (BIG) helps companies accelerate client acquisition and strengthen client retention. Their trademarked GrowBIG® Integrated System helps firms grow their business, faster, while deepening relationships. Work for BIG has varied over the years but now primarily consists of handling all of their print design work for both their public and custom training sessions.

SweetWater 420 Festival

The SweetWater 420 Fest is a three day music and beer festival put on by Happy Ending Productions and the SweetWater Brewing Company annually in Atlanta, GA. Working with 420 Fest starting with the 2011 festival and continuing until the 2014 festival, the services provided over the years ranged from backend website development and management to various forms of print and digital design including the map, schedules, and credentials.

All Good Music Festival

All Good is an annual multi-day music and camping festival that was established back in 1996. Sirtin Studios provides the festival with the print design & layout of their 40+ page program and festival map that is distributed to patrons every year with design input and creative direction from Junipa, one of the founders of the festival.

Shub Machinery

Shub Machinery specializes in the procurement and sale of large, heavy-duty, new and used metal working machinery and forging equipment and has been in business since 1983. Sirtin Studios was hired to establish a brand identity for the company which was then followed by a new website designed and built from the ground up. The site includes a customized WordPress backend for content management such that all content – specifically the 100s of individual machines – can be added and managed internally.

Pathway Center

Pathway Center is a community of clinicians located in Norcross, GA that can address mental, emotional, and behavioral concerns for individuals, couples, and families. This project consisted of a complete redesign and rebuilding of their previous website from the ground up as well as ongoing content management by Sirtin Studios. The goal was to create a more user friendly and inviting website for potential clients while providing clear information as to the services Pathway Center provides including individual clinician profile and info pages.
